host to local via File Transfer Protocol.
  Long filename support. "Redial" until connected.
  Tested with Pegnuin FTP Daemon for OS/2,
Novell Netware FTP server, IBM OS/2 FTP daemon,
some UNIX'es

REQ : TCP/IP v4.0+ (tested only with v4.0),
      File System with LFN support
