This virtual character formatting element indicates text
that is a defining instance. It is usually rendered in italics.
This was only a "proposed element" in the HTML 2
specification, but is officially part of later specifications,
and many browsers now support it.
Do not use this element if the aim is solely to render text in italics.
Use the I element instead.
DTD Note:This was element was considered a
"Proposed Element" in some early versions of the HTML 2.0 DTD,
but was not listed in the final 2.0 DTD specification at all.
